Jessica Raupp Brand bags are handcrafted one-by-one, made-to-order, and highly personalized. Each piece is made exclusively for the customer, engraved with a unique name , serial number , and certificate of authenticity . Therefore, we do not accept returns due to regrets.
Why don't we accept returns?
According to the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/90) , the right to withdraw (Art. 49) applies only to products purchased outside the commercial establishment (such as online purchases), as long as they are not personalized or made to order .
In cases where the product is made especially for the consumer, there is no legal obligation to accept returns , as it is an item that cannot be reused or resold.
This understanding is supported by official bodies such as Procon and the National Consumer Secretariat (Senacon) .
Guarantee and commitment to quality
Our commitment to customer satisfaction continues even after delivery. If the bag has a manufacturing defect , we offer a warranty and repair . Just contact us so we can carefully evaluate the situation.
