Delivery Times

Important: Under any circumstances, the delivery period begins after confirmation and approval of payment for your order by the financial institution.

Jéssica Raupp Brand ships its products within 45 to 90 days (or as soon as the bag is ready, as all bags are made to order) after payment confirmation from the financial institution. It uses two types of delivery services: Brazilian Postal Service (SEDEX) (the primary method) or PAC (the secondary method, if SEDEX is not available at the delivery location). Delivery times may vary depending on the recipient's region. For other countries, delivery is made via local post offices, and delivery times vary by region. As soon as you make your purchase or your order is ready, we will send you an email with tracking information so you can track your order.

Shipping and delivery time calculations can be simulated at the time of purchase in the "Calculate Shipping" section. Next, enter your zip code; the system will automatically inform you of the estimated delivery time and shipping cost. You can also track your order by logging in to the Jéssica Raupp Brand website.

MY PRODUCT HASN'T ARRIVED YET

Please check all the possibilities below before contacting us:

1. Delivery date: You can always review the estimated delivery date whenever you want, according to the information received after purchase in your email and when you log in to the website.

2. Payment: Also, check whether your order has been approved and whether your payment has been confirmed by the financial institution (bank or card issuer) after logging in. Note: For payments made by credit card, the delivery time begins upon order approval and payment confirmation. If there is a delay in this process, the delivery time must be adjusted accordingly, taking into account the approval time. You will receive an email confirming your payment.

3. Absence of a recipient: Our carriers will make up to three delivery attempts at the address provided and are instructed to leave a notice if a recipient is absent. If delivery is not successful, your product will be returned to the Distribution Center, and you will be notified via the email address provided in your profile. If you are unable to receive your purchase in person, please notify a responsible person on that date and instruct them on how to proceed. If you live in an apartment building, the concierge must be notified and authorized to receive the package in your absence.

4. A delivery may be delayed for a variety of reasons, such as delays in order approval by the credit card company, delays in payment confirmation by the financial institution, discrepancies in the registration data provided, absence from the delivery location, refusal to accept delivery by third parties, natural phenomena, and external factors.
